Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of abuse.

Subject to these Terms, Alchemic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website for your personal or internal business evaluation. This license does not include any right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the website or its contents.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services beyond what robots.txt and reasonable use permit.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services, including by attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the Services to send unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content; to harass or harm others; or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Misrepresent your affiliation or identity, or impersonate any person or entity.

Information you submit through the contact form, newsletter signup, or other inbound channels (“Submissions”) is provided voluntarily. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. You grant Alchemic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Submissions for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and operating the Services. You can request deletion of your Submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Alchemic platform by paying customers is governed by a separate written agreement that supersedes these Terms with respect to the platform. These Terms continue to govern your use of the public website.

The website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Alchemic and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. “Alchemic”, the Alchemic logomark, and the phrase “Agentic Intelligence for Matter” are marks of Alchemic AI, Inc. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alchemic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alchemic and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00).

You agree to indemnify and hold Alchemic and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Alchemic agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
